Stop by Aspen Peak Cellars at Clifton House Inn for a great wine sampling or dining experience. We offer a wide variety of handcrafted red, white, and sparkling wines, all available for sampling at the tasting bar. You are able to enjoy any of our wines by the glass or bottle in the cozy setting of the bistro both indoors and on the sunny, relaxing patio. We now are featuring a seasonally designed appetizer and lunch menu to pair with your selected wines. Currently, sit-down wine dinners, hors d'oeuvres parties, and theme nights are being hosted on regular basis, by reservation only. Rent our entire Colorado winery for your private party of up to 35 people after 6:00 p.m., or join us from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in our wine tasting room.
